NEW ZEALAND - FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $50 (Excludes rural and Waiheke Island Deliveries)

We endeavour to dispatch all orders received by 12pm on the same day, but please note that shipment times are estimates and we do ask for your patience during busy periods, including sale. Please expect delivery 2-4 days. We will send you an initial email confirming the receipt of your order, then a further email confirming despatch, please refer to these for further information on the shipment of your order. 


We offer free shipping within New Zealand for all orders over $50 except for any orders which are going to Waiheke Island or a Rural Delivery address.  Rural addresses will incur an additional charge of $7.50 and $25 for Waiheke Island.

All orders under $50 attract at flat-fee of $15 for nationwide delivery and an additional $7.50 for rural and $25 for Waiheke Island. The online check-out will automatically calculate the correct rate, if this does not happen we will make contact to process payment.

Our courier company requires a signature to deliver the goods at residential and business addresses throughout New Zealand.

Please note we do not deliver to a PO Box address.



Please request our free gift wrapping service at the checkout by writing a note in the requests field or by using the Gift Wrap Button. You can also request a hand written note to be included with your gift. Please enter your special message to be written in the space provided at the checkout (prior to authorising payment for your purchase).  We guarantee each delivery from Bello will arrive beautifully presented with our meticulous attention to detail and care. 

Please note we do not provide gift wrapping during Bello sale week. 


In some circumstance we may need to contact you regarding how best to ship fragile items so please ensure to include your daytime contact phone number.

Please note we do not have a fragile courier service. Whilst we ensure to package items as safely and securely as possible we do not take any responsibility for damage during transit.

If you wish to exchange or return an item please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product explaining the reason and we'll be happy to exchange or issue a credit. Please note all items must be returned in an unused condition and the customer is responsible for shipping costs. For any damaged items due to shipping please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order and we will happily arrange for new products to be shipped to you asap or if we can not provide the same item we will issue a store credit.


Any item purchased at a discounted sale price can not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
